Switching from UF/Troy is such a chore...

How was the rest of the trip in the ATL?

Sunday was mostly a failure

We couldn’t find DragonCon (it wasn’t at GWCC) and then we couldn’t get affordable tickets to Nascar. We went out drinking w/ Winfield that night. Thursday and Friday night and Saturday tailgating were epic, though.

Pass blocking still FAIL

Three pass attempts, three incompletions, three QB hurries for Albert McClellan.

Ryan Williams 57-yd TD

Barely touched. Our O-line may be ass at pass blocking, but they can still run block. Williams had a big hole and avoided two tacklers at the second level. He’s a big, big time player.

Great run by Darius Marshall

Shredded our run D for that touchdown. Pretty impressive.

Tyrod Taylor 1-6? Ewww

The college football season is so fragile. It's like a glass ball being pushed around from stadium to stadium by a rhinoceros.

He's now 6-12

Has completed 5 of last 6. Amazing what happens when you pass block.

Holy shit, a drive

A real, actual, sustained drive. With pass blocking and completions and everything.

Feels kinda good

Defense had some lapses Marshall didn’t take advantage of in the first half. Now we’re firing on all cylinders. Unreal.

New CBs

are Hosley and Whitley. Whitley looks more like a free safety. Got beat deep on man coverage for a 60 yard completion. Hosley looks like he’ll be a solid player.

With 8 mins left in 4th

Hokies have over 400 yards rushing for the first time since 1995 against Akron when they had 453.

Wilson is a shifty back

He has great balance and gets extra yards because he’s hard to tackle, can cut on a dime and can stop and start quickly.
