i don’t see that happeneng, but i would like to see us wear the sexy black uniforms against Miami, because Miami will be wearing thier specially designed Pro Combat uniforms for the game against us, i think it’d look pretty cool out there, in any case, saying we will lose the game because we lost the last time we wore a certian uniform is like Miami fans saying they only lost last yer because of the rain, i’m sorry but thats superstitous BS

Yeah, WTF? Doesn’t Frank get the memos? We play really shitty in white helmets. With apologies to Herma, I wish we would straight up drop that one off the schedule as the “Herma’s Readers Whiteout” game. Since it’s been officially in existence, we may have won most of the games, but we played like absolute crap.

Maybe, but food for thought

Hey, I’m not superstitous…I’m just a little stitious. And if the shoe fits…I mean obviously there is a pattern there. We don’t play well there. But the cherry on top for me is I don’t like the way they look. Even if you don’t buy into the idea that what we wear affects us, why shake up what’s working? And why when there IS an established pattern would you try to break it? Why? I’m not suggesting that it’s purely superstition. It may even be purely psychological. Teams may feel inferior in white. Who knows? It’s a pretty unintimidating color. Complete BS? Maybe, I thought so too originally. But did you know there was a study done of English soccer teams in the Premier League since its inception that looked into the year by year winners. 75% of the winners wore red. Just something to consider.
