can’t agree with dropping VT all the way down to 16. BSU was probably the most prepared team in the country for an opening game, with what they had coming back, and VT certainly wasn’t. And still almost won. While most of these other teams were feasting on patsies, VT put up 30 points against a very good defense. It defies logic that BSU could be considered the #2 team in the country and VT is only #16. VT should remain in the top 12 here.
How does Auburn not crack the top 25?
Thought about Auburn
who should move out?

Remove South Carolina for Auburn
It might be bias, but until that squad completes a full season of quality wins, instead of moral losses, any pollster should be wary of including them.

This makes no sense
Wow. So let me get this straight. VT takes the #2 team in the country to the wire, loses by a nose, and drops eight spots? Meanwhile Miami beats up on a JV team no one has ever heard of and moves up five? OU escapes by the skin of its teeth against another nobody and they only drop one? Why is VT being so severely punished for losing a close game to a team that, at least by the logic of this poll, they should lose to?
Masochism.

I'd move Oregon up over TCU and texas
They demolished their D-IA opponent, unlike texas, and after watching TCU-Oregon State, I think Oregon would blow TCU off the field. JMO.
outside of Alabama
the whole SEC looked like the Big East this weekend…

Final Ballot
Moved Tech up a couple spots, put Auburn in, took South Carolina out and put Stanford back in, which was a complete omission on my part this week. Here it is.
