Preliminary Week 8 BlogPoll Ballot
Three unbeatens go down and two more struggle on the road against bad teams, so there's a lot of reshuffling in this week's poll.

SB Nation BlogPoll College Football Top 25 Rankings "
Notes
- Big drops for GT, Michigan and Illinois who suffered their first losses Saturday. Should Illinois get dropped more for getting stomped at home?
- A few teams jumped South Carolina, which struggled mightily against Mississippi State and will now be without its best player for the rest of the season.
- Oklahoma looked bad against a horrific Kansas team for the better part of three quarters before finally getting its act together. Meanwhile, Alabama cruised on the road against its horrible team, so Bama moves up one for this week.
- Stanford jumps Boise State. The Cardinal have now won 14 in a row and have won their six games this season by an average of 35 points. Whether or not the Cardinal stay ahead of the Broncos depends on how they do this week against a decent Washington team.

Stanford vs OU
OU is punished because they struggle for a while against Kansas, yet Stanford has virtually the same problem against Washington State (led 17-14 at halftime) and they are rewarded? That doesn’t pan out for me…
Crap
Was going to flip flop BSU and Stanford an forgot to do it last night. Sorry. You’re right, if that makes any difference to you.
