New Offensive Coaching!?

I have been questioning it since 2007.  Stinespring, Stinespring, Stinespring, and now Mike O'Cain.  It seems to me that the talent at Virginia Tech has been there offensively and defensively for the past 4 years, but someone always holds VT back.  That is the play caller.   Whether its the deep ball against Boise State on a 3rd and 3 that would've put the game away and resulted in a 4th and 3 and eventually a game winning drive put together by Kellen Moore, or the around the edge play with a much slower Oglesby instead of Wilson on a 3rd and 1 play against Clemson that resulted in a 5 yard loss and a 4th and 6.  Half the time Tech is on offense, especially in the big games, it seems if I went up to the press box and called the plays, it would result in better offensive production and I'm 15 years old!  Against Clemson this past Saturday night, the offensive flow once the Hokies got into Clemson territory was just awful.  There were six different occasions when Virginia Tech got into Clemson territory and just stalled.  Including a drive of 10 plays and 48 yards that resulted in a punt.  There were no pass plays over the middle the whole game, and that's were Clemson is weak other than there rush defense.  The problem with the Hokie offense is play calling.  They stick with the game plan, even if it is resulting in -5 yards a play.  This is what happened Saturday night against the Tigers.  The game plan never worked all game, and the plays never changed.  Where I'm going with all this is: Beamer needs to do something!  I have a whole plan for him.  It seems as if he doesn't want to fire Stinespring or O'Cain which is fine.  He can just relieve O'Cain of play calling duties and keep him as Quarterbacks Coach, which hes done a pretty good job with over the past 5 years.  Then with Stinespring, demote him back to O-Line Coach as he was from 1993-2005.  Then go to the less popular high powered offense non-AQ schools such as Hawaii, Houston, ECU, Northern Illinois, and Arkansas State.  Offer their Offensive Coordinator a job for the same position at an offer he cannot refuse and get this over-conservative style offense out of Blacksburg.  This will be Beamer's only hope at a National Title.  If he doesn't change the offense up soon, he can kiss his chances at the Coaches Trophy goodbye.
