We complete our look at the Hokies' toughest opponents with a look at their conference road games. We've already looked at their non-conference and ACC home slates.
While the previous two votes were fairly tough, this one's a no-brainer. Tech's ACC road scheduled includes trips to Wake Forest, Duke, Georgia Tech and Virginia. One of these things is not like the other.
Here's Tech's away ACC games:
Oct. 15 at Wake Forest
Relax: The Deacs couldn't stop anyone on defense last year and had trouble adjusting to a spread-option attack.
Worry: Josh Harris ran all over the Hokies last year and they appear to finally have a quarterback. Maybe.
Oct. 29 at Duke
Relax: It's Duke.
Worry: Don't look now, but the Blue Devils have a lot of talent at the skill positions.
Nov. 10 at Georgia Tech
Relax: GT lost its two best players on offense, Joshua Nesbitt and Anthony Allen. They're replacements were unimpressive in the spring.
Worry: Thursday night game in Atlanta and the place will be just as turn't up for this game as it was two years ago.
Nov. 26 at Virginia
Relax: UVa doesn't know who its QB is going to be and doesn't have any kind of offensive line to speak of.
Worry: Who knows what kind of improvement the Hoos could make over the course of the season and it's a rivalry game.
Your turn: Who's our toughest ACC road opponent?
