New York Giants Select Virginia Tech RB David Wilson With 32nd Overall Pick
Though Wilson was projected as a 2nd round pick, he certainly is a 1st round talent, and the world champion Giants recognized that and took Wilson with the last pick of the 1st round. Wilson steps into possibly the best situation for him. He has a two-time Super Bowl winner as his quarterback, an established running back to partner with in the backfield, a young and talented corps of receivers and an established offensive line. Wilson was the first Hokie drafted in the 1st round since Duane Brown in 2008.
