Virginia Tech Completes New Basketball Staff With Hiring Of Andy Moore

Virginia Tech released a statement that they have filled their final men's basketball vacancy; Director of Men's Basketball Operations, with the hiring of Eastern Michigan's Andy Moore. Moore has spent 12 years as a college assistant (EMU, BGSU, Michigan and California University of Pennsylvania) and 4 years as either Director of Basketball Operations or in Game Operations. Per the press release, Virginia Tech head men’s basketball coach James Johnson said, "I’m very excited to have Andy Moore join our staff. He is an individual that has a wide range of skills and experience in college basketball. He has worked as an assistant coach at all levels, including time as an assistant coach in the Big Ten and also has worked in all areas of operations. He is a great addition to our staff."
