The Virginia Tech Hokies scored their second commitment of the 2014 class today in Hampton Crabber RB Marshawn Williams. As you'll see in the highlight video I linked, Williams is not the most fleet of foot, but he is hard to bring down a la Darren Evans.
Williams was said to have never considered anyone else and that playing for the Hokies was a dream.
