As with last year, no offensive lineman are mentioned because it's just too hard to really tell how they performed. The Hokies in the NFL are below in alphabetical order:
Jarrett Boykin, WR Green Bay Packers -- Inactive as the Packers lost to the 49ers.
Roc Carmichael, CB Houston Texans -- Inactive for the Texans' loss to the Patriots.
Kam Chancellor, SS Seattle Seahawks -- Chancellor recorded five tackles, all solo. Chancellor was defensively responsible on two of the touchdowns scored by the Seahawks. The first, he lost track of Tony Gonzalez in the endzone. Don't worry, Kam. You're not the first to do that with the future Hall of Famer. The second, Chancellor was responsible for providing assistance over the top to cover Roddy White. Chancellor bit to the wrong side of the field an was late catching up. He was also flagged on a very iffy "defensive holding" call in which Tony Gonzalez dragged Chancellor to the ground.
5 TAK, 5 SOLO
Shayne Graham, K Houston Texans -- Graham connected on both of his field goal attempts and kicked a career-long 55-yarder. He also added a 37-yard conversion and was 2-of-2 on extra points.
2/2 (37, 55), 2/2 XP.
Tyrod Taylor, QB Baltimore Ravens -- Did not accumulate any stats in the Ravens' thrilling win over the Broncos.
Note: Unless Tyrod gets playing time against the Patriots, I won't be post a Championship round round-up because he's the only one left. I will, at some point, post a season wrap-up.
If you know of any Hokies that I've left off of the list, please leave a comment below.
