Vernon Davis was running up the sideline and jumped to catch a pass from from Colin Kaepernick. Chancellor caught him straight in the chest with his shoulder pad and jarred the ball loose, sending Davis to the ground. Davis left the game with a concussion and Chancellor was flagged for the hit (was not suspended). Here's a link to the hit.
