Saturday
No. 13 Michigan State at Northwestern, 12 p.m., ESPN
Remember that time Northwestern started out 4-0, College Game Day came to town and then they lost six straight? Yeah, you can probably mark number seven this week. Michigan State's defense is just too good.
Duke at Wake Forest, 12 p.m., ESPN2
Wait, a late-season game between Duke and Wake Forest that actually has implications? I guess I can't talk much considering we only have one game of consequence left (until a bowl).
Virginia at Miami, 12 p.m., ESPNU
This one has implications for the ACC Coastal as well. So, I guess you could watch this one over Duke/Wake Forest. Will Miami continue to slide? Miami losing would de-value Florida State, Duke and Virginia Tech's wins over the Hurricanes.
No. 5 Oregon at Arizona, 3:30 p.m., ABC/ESPN2
Oregon needs this one to stay alive in the PAC-12 North race as well as any hopes for a back-door entry into the National Championship should a top team lose.
No. 12 Texas A&M at No. 22 LSU, 3:30 p.m., CBS
Can LSU keep up with the pace of the Aggies' offense? With the Tigers at home, this should be an interesting atmosphere with two good SEC teams.
No. 19 Wisconsin at No. 25 Minnesota, 3:30 p.m., ESPN
Wisconsin needs this win and hope for an Ohio State loss at some point to Big Ten Leaders race. Really, leaders. Come on.
New Mexico at No. 15 Fresno State, 4 p.m., ESPNEWS
Because hey, it's 4 p.m., football time.
No. 17 Arizona State at No. 14 UCLA, 7 p.m., FOX
One of three quality evening games pits two very solid teams in a big matchup for the PAC-12 South. An Arizona State win would put them in sole possession of first place in that division.
No. 8 Missouri at No. 24 Ole Miss, 7:45 p.m., ESPN
Missouri is expected to get James Franklin back (I think) for this game and it might be worth watching whether they hit the ground running with him at QB or there are kinks that need to be worked out. Is it appropriate to call a lady an Ole Miss?
No. 4 Baylor at No. 10 Oklahoma State, 8 p.m., ABC
Your primetime game for the week pairing two teams with very solid offenses against one another. Baylor still has three games to go (including this one) and can't afford to drop this one for Big 12 and National Championship pursuit reasons.
Washington at Oregon State, 10:30 p.m., ESPN2
Not much of a late-night game choice. This should be a decent one though. I don't know, I won't be watching.
