Hokies in the NFL: Week 15

Ron Schwane-USA TODAY Sports

James Anderson, LB Chicago Bears -- Anderson led all defenders with 11 tackles in the game, all 11 as solo efforts. He was also credited with a pass defended and a hit on Cleveland quarterback Jason Campbell, who reminded me he's still in the league. Anderson's 11 tackles are a season high and the most since 12 against the Cowboys on October 21 of last season.
11 TAK, 11 SOLO, PD, QB HIT

Jarrett Boykin, WR Green Bay Packers -- Boykin led all Green Bay receivers with 83 yards on six catches in the Pack's win over the Cowboys. Boykin caught all six passes thrown his way and his longest catch was 27 yards. He caught passes of 10, 9, 14, 13 and 10 in addition to the 27-yarder. His 27-yard grab set the Packers up at the Dallas 7-yard line. He was also credited with a tackle after a Matt Flynn interception.

Duane Brown, OG Houston Texans -- The Texans lost, again. Case Keenum was sacked four times, but I honestly couldn't tell you if any were Duane's fault.

Roc Carmichael, CB Philadelphia Eagles -- Roc was mainly on special teams duty again and tallied two total tackles, only one as a solo effort. He was also flagged for taunting.
2 TAK, SOLO

Kam Chancellor, S Seattle Seahawks -- Eli Manning threw five interceptions. Kam had zero of those five. Kam finished the day with five tackles (all solo), a pass defended and was pretty solid in run support it seems. He was flagged for a personal foul, but no description was given on the penalty.
5 TAK, 5 SOLO, PD

Brandon Flowers, CB Kansas City Chiefs -- Brandon and the Chiefs rolled the Raiders (well, duh) and despite the five interceptions from Oakland QB's, Flowers didn't have one. He finished the day with four total tackles (three solos) and was flagged for pass interference. He also gave up a 52-yard reception.
4 TAK, 3 SOLO

DeAngelo Hall, CB Washington Redskins -- DeAngelo had four total tackles with two as solo efforts and a tackle for a loss. He also got flagged for unnecessary roughness. It wouldn't be a game without a D-Hall personal foul.
4 TAK, 2 SOLO, TFL

Jayron Hosley, CB New York Giants -- Jayron had three total tackles with two as solo efforts in the NY loss.
3 TAK, 2 SOLO

Will Montgomery, G Washington Redskins --Take it away, Washington fans.

Josh Morgan, WR Washington Redskins -- Josh had three catches for 29 yards, including two for 11 yards apiece. He added a seven yarder as the other catch.
3 REC, 29 YDS

Eddie Royal, WR San Diego Chargers -- Eddie had three receptions for 46 yards with a long of 20 yards. He added catches of 12 and 14 yards.
3 REC, 46 YDS

Andre Smith, TE Cleveland Browns -- Inactive.

Tyrod Taylor, QB Baltimore Ravens -- Did not accumulate any stats.

Darryl Tapp, DE/LB Washington Redskins -- Inactive :(

Michael Vick, QB Philadelphia Eagles -- No stats.

Jason Worilds, LB Pittsburgh Steelers -- Worilds had three tackles with one as a solo effort and a pair of hits on Andy Dalton. Quiet game for him by his recent numbers.
