The first member of the Hokies' basketball recruiting class for the 2016 season, Khadim Sy brings plenty of size to the table. Listed at 6-9, 225 pounds, the Hokies add yet another lengthy player to their roster for the future. Currently a senior at nearby Oak Hill Academy, the power forward prospect chose to join the Hokies over Purdue, Georgia Tech, Wake Forest, and Kansas State.
According to scouts, Sy's strengths are primarily as a paint presence, both as a rebounder and a rim protector.
