Well folks, the Independence Bowl is in the books. The college football season has wrapped for the Hokies. Coach Beamer is leaving, Coach Fuente is taking the command. Senior Dadi Nicolas isn't quite done wearing a Virginia Tech helmet. Nicolas will be playing in the granddaddy of all post season "all-star" college football games. The Reese's Senior Bowl is held every year in Mobile, Alabama. The best of the best are introduced to the N.F.L. and the pressures of pro football. The players get a chance to showcase their talents to a plethora of scouts and pro personnel. Dadi Nicolas (at time of publish) is the only confirmed Hokie making the journey south to Mobile. Nicolas will be weighed, measured, tested, and everything in between. The invitation itself is an honor. The rest is up to Nicolas.
@YYBAQB @gobblercountry will present you your #Hokies Twitter Account Of The Summer Award PERSONALLY in Mobile! @seniorbowl

Nicolas won the prestigious Gobbler Country Account Of The Summer Award. Nicolas will receive his hardware in Mobile, and oh yeah might turn a scout's head or two. Nicolas is a unique physical specimen that might spike 3-4 teams' interest. He is mentioned in the same class as Joey Bosa from Ohio State. The best part about Nicolas' invite to Mobile is that he can truly showcase his talent against N.F.L. competition.
Dadi Nicolas hasn't had many sacks this year but none bigger than that one! #ThanksFrank #Hokies #IndependenceBowl #SeniorBowl
