West Virginia and Virginia Tech Face Off In Blacksburg

The Mountaineers Invade the Cassell on Wednesday

Buzz Williams and company welcome a familiar foe Wednesday in Blacksburg.  The early noon eastern tipoff time should be interesting.  Bob Huggins leads West Virginia (10-1) into Blacksburg having not lost since December, 8.  The Mountaineers lost in a neutral court tilt against U.V.A.  in New York City.  The Hokies (8-4) have a huge opportunity to impress a ton of people.  The game is the first sell out of the year, and will be televised nationally on ESPNU.  The Hokies have their work cut out for them, as the Mountaineers are tough to contain.

The 'Neers are no stranger to post season play under Huggins. Last year Coach Huggins had W.V.U. into the "Sweet 16". Buzz Williams is still trying to find the magic formula to get the Hokies dancing. For the Hokies to be competitive, they will need another huge game from star in the making Zach LeDay. Hopefully, the post Indy Bowl Hokie contingent will be loud and proud and help the Hokies pull the upset.
