JoVonn Quillen, a 6'2 185lbs Athlete from Hampton High in Hampton, Virginia has committed to Virginia Tech, his favorite school.

Quillen plays Quarterback for Hampton, but we see him playing a different role as a Hokie. He could play on either side of the ball as an outside linebacker/safety on defense or as a running back/wide receiver on the offensive side of the ball.
He is currently unrated by 247 Sports, which will change soon as more offers are expected to roll in. He is more than likely a mid 3* prospect.
He is a cousin of current Hokie Marshawn Williams, which also helped the Hokies land him.
