Last week the Roanoke Times published an interview with Bud Foster. Of course, he was asked about the Ohio State quarterback situation, and whether he is spending much time thinking about the match-ups. As a Hokies fan, you've got to love his reply:
Regardless of who their quarterback is, they’ll want to score 100 points on us, I know that. They’ll want to beat us down. But we’ll be ready to play.
I suspect Foster is 100% correct about one thing: Ohio State is a little embarrassed about losing to Virginia Tech in Columbus last Fall, and they want to get the taste out of their collective mouths by handing the Hokies a beat down in Blacksburgh on Labor Day night.
