Reggie Floyd, a 5'11 and 190 lbs athlete, from Stonewall Jackson High in Manassas, Virginia has committed to Virginia Tech. Floyd is the 8th commitment for the class of 2016 and the class currently sits as the 13th best in the nation.

Floyd is not a typical high school player labelled as an "athlete" he is just very good at multiple positions, which makes it hard for recruiting services to label him as anything other than an athlete. We think that he could play on either side of the ball for VT as a running back or corner/safety, but would like to see him start on defense where he has a knack for making plays with his athleticism, high football IQ and speed.
