Hokie Named to ESPN Preseason All-American List

Shutdown corner one of the best in the nation

Jeremy Brevard-USA TODAY Sports

On Monday afternoon ESPN released its 2015 college football preseason All-American team. Joining that list is none other than Kendall Fuller.

Awards are nothing new to the current Hokie. Over the past two seasons he has been named to the Associated Press and USA Today's All-American selections.

Fuller is still just a junior, but is arguably the best corner in the nation. He played with a broken wrist all of last season and still managed to defend 17 passes and grab two interceptions

NFL scouts are gushing over his speed and ability to recover when beat on the outside. Kendall is considered by some to be the most talented of the four Fuller brothers to come out of Blacksburg.

His brother Kyle was at Virginia Tech just two years ago and became a first round selection by the Chicago Bears in 2014.

One player that you won't see on this list is current Florida State corner Jalen Ramsey. The athletic defender was beat out by Fuller and Hargreaves.
