Justin Fuente Receives Bonus For Reaching A.C.C. Title Game

Thanks to an improbable N.C. State upset against North Carolina, Virginia Tech is your Coastal Division champions. The Hokies will face the Clemson Tigers on 12/3, and give themselves a shot at a premier bowl game. The Hokies face U.V.A. on Saturday with nothing to win or lose except the Commonwealth Cup. The championship game will kick at 8 PM in Orlando, Florida.

Coach Fuente earned himself a little extra cheddar for reaching the A.C.C. title game. Coach Fuente is due $25,000 for getting the Hokies to the promised land. That is far less than some coaches earned today, but will certainly pay for some new fishing lures in the offseason. The fact that most media (including us), picked Virginia Tech to finish around .500, makes this even more sweet for Coach Fuente and staff.
