A Look Back At Some of Michael Vick's Greatest... Commercials!

Last week I saw a social media post hearkening back to the days when Michael Vick was an NFL superstar, and one of the most sought after athlete endorsements.

I am a sucker for nostalgia.  Over the last few weeks I have written much about Michael Vick and the Bleacher Report documentary about his life, which was released last month.  If you haven't already, you can read my thoughts on the documentary here, and view the episodic production, in its entirety, here.

Last week there was a social media post sharing the entirety of the Michael Vick Experience Nike commercial.  In the advertisement a young boy straps into an amusement park ride that simulates what it is like to play as Mike, during an Atlanta Falcons football game.

Watching the classic commercial got me thinking about some of Michael's other great television endorsements.  One of my favorites is certainly the Powerade piece where Vick throws the ball deep into the stadium seats.

Nike produced another great piece, showcasing not only M. Vick's athletic ability, but also that of Terrell Owens. My favorite scene is at the end of the commercial when a offensive lineman is helping Vick up from the turf and Michael says, "I thought you were gonna block? To which the lineman replies, "I thought you were gonna run."

What about you?  Do you have a favorite commercial featuring Michael Vick, or any other Hokie?  Share it with us in the comments!
