The Virginia Tech Hokies have accepted an invitation to the Camping World Bowl to be held in Orlando, Florida on December 28, 2017 at the Camping World Stadium. Also accepting an invite are the Oklahoma State Cowboys.

The Cowboys and Hokies have only met twice in their program’s history, each trading a win and a loss between 1971 and 1972.

Oklahoma State finished the season with an overall record of 9-3 (6-3 Big 12). Mason Rudolph is the engine that powers an extremely potent Cowboy’s offense. Rudolph currently leads the entirety of the FBS in passing yards (4553 yards), and the OKST offense averages 576 yards per game (second in the FBS) and 46.3 points per game (fourth in the FBS).

Mason Rudolph is without a doubt the most talented QB the Hokies will face this season, and the Oklahoma State offense is by far the most potent that Virginia Tech will face this season.
