The historic class of 2017 keeps getting better every minute. The latest out of Blacksburg is this: Bryce Watts is now a Hokie. Watts plays CB in Toms River, NJ, and was a late commit to the soon to be historical, #Statement17. Watts stands 6’0”, and weighs 165, so look for the trainers to try and put some weight on this speedster. Here are some highlights from the latest Virginia Tech commit:
Other schools were interested in signing Watts. They included: Rutgers, Pitt, North Carolina, and U.V.A.. The Hokies will certainly be deeper if Watts ends up at CB, and that is always a good thing. The #Statement17 class is really coming together, and is borderline historic. Stay tuned at gobblercountry.com for all recruiting news and notes.
