Virginia Tech basketball has been in the news the past few days. There was some bad news when it was revealed that Ty Outlaw has torn his A.C.L..

The good news is that the non-conference slate has been released, and there are some intriguing matchups to say the least. The four star ticket will be a Virginia Tech trip to Lexington, Kentucky. The Hokies will play in historic Rupp Arena in December. The Hokies haven’t played the Wildcats since ‘96, and that was in the N.C.A.A. tournament. The Hokies travel to Ole Miss on 12/2, and I will be in Oxford to hopefully witness another Hokies victory. The two S.E.C. schools on the slate should help the Hokies get ready for the always brutal A.C.C. schedule.
Mark your calendars - the 2017-18 non-conference schedule is here! #Hokies #getBETTER

I’m curious to hear from you if you plan on attending any of these games. Please log in and share your comments. Kentucky might be a stretch for me, but Oxford is happening.
