The Buffalo Bills quarterback situation just got pretty dicey. News that starter Tyrod Taylor sustained a head injury saddened Hokie fans everywhere, but the news got even worse for Bills fans. Third string QB, T.J. Yates, also sustained a concussion in the same game. This leaves rookie, Nathan Peterman, the only healthy option for the Bills at this point. Taylor completed only one pass last night before the injury. In the clip below, you can see that Taylor strikes the back of his head against the unforgiving turf:

The Bills do have one interesting option on the table. It involves, surprisingly enough, another former Virginia Tech quarterback. Logan Thomas is currently a member of the Buffalo Bills, but it would be an incredible stretch for him to learn the the playbook in one week. The fourth preseason game is usually reserved for guys trying to make the squad, and it would be cool to see the third tight end take snaps again under center.
