Former Virginia Tech Hokie, Shayne Graham, has joined the coaching staff at Michigan State. Graham had previously coached at Central Michigan, and revealed the big news via Instagram and facebook:
Very excited to begin my next journey in my coaching career at Michigan State University. I’m very grateful for the opportunity I had at Central Michigan University over the past year. It was hard to say goodbye for now. But I leave with amazing memories that I will cherish forever. I will always be a fan of coach John Bonamego and the rest of the #fireup family. Looking forward to the hard work and preparation for the 2018 season. #gogreen @ Michigan State University.
Graham had a legendary career at Virginia Tech, and was an N.F.L. player for over a decade. Shayne attended Pulaski High School, and got into coaching after retirement. He spent 15 seasons as a pro with several teams.
