So, it’s Wednesday, after a big game, and wow was that a game or was it not? Let’s take a trip through the news and awards for the week for those of you who aren’t Tweeters and the like.

The ACC Rookie of the Week is..

Quincy Patterson. Fast, strong, confident in the epitome of #HardSmartTough football.

And Rayshard Ashby gets tabbed as the ACC Linebacker of the week.

I wonder who might be wearing the #25 in South Bend? Dunno, but Jermaine Waller brought the Beamerball to the field when it was really needed with that blocked field goal attempt.

Waller and Caleb Farley are getting really good, together

Ball Hawking stingy Shutdown Cornerbacks are a hallmark of the #LPD. These two are becoming seriously hard to throw against, and even dangerous.

Other Fun Stuff

Terrell Edmunds did the Grand Marshall gig, but sent the Corps into massive cheers when he cranked off pushups after a touchdown.

We even got noticed on Morning TV. Hoda Kotb was talking about the game.

The Hokies are all about home and family. They took time to visit local school kids over at Blacksburg’s Beeks Elementary.

So that was a quick trip through some of the goings on after the big win. We are back in the conversation, when three weeks ago we were reaching for any sort of meaning at all.

GO HOKIES!!!
