Yes we’d love to have taken a few more chunks out of the Top 5. Duke ended their series with us split. But we just couldn’t inch past FSU for a series push. It’s our chance to go deep, and make a real impression for the selection committee for the Dance.
We're the seed!

Since we get a first round bye, it’s a good chance to do some regrouping, some conditioning for Justin Robinson - remember, he won’t be playing in the ACC, but getting him back in game shape and working him back into the scheme is going to be important for any deep runs into the NCAA tournament.
So, we wait patiently until Wednesday the 13th at 2 PM. We’ll see who we play from the first round, either Wake or Miami. Not to jinx things, but with either of those two, we have a really good shot of getting into the quarter finals on Thursday. That’s when things get more than a bit difficult and Tech will have to step up its game.
The teams play all season for this headlong rush, with no rest, at the end. Everything is on the line and on the table.
