Gobbler Country’s Talking Turkey Goes Over Program Issues and Recruiting News

Bryan and John talk about the program, what’s happening generally, and some of the recruiting give and take that is not only hitting the Hokies, but most programs.

The news is not bad, it’s not great, it’s just sort of slowly grinding in low gear with everyone trying to press on the accelerator.

Bryan and John talk about some of the current coverage and our recruiting issues with the Class of 2021. We have some good news and some news that is disappointing, but understandable given the current climate and pitfalls of recruiting far from home.

The specter of the lockdowns and epidemic looms over everything. We sit in idle, waiting, as does the Strategic Communications staff... Everything is pretty much out of our hands, and we all wait for news on who can do what, when.
